Outside of work, I produce a travel video series, volunteer, and train bonsai.
My travel video series, This is the Local, profiles local businesses around the world. I love getting to know small business owners and helping support them. We pay for their time, give them all the raw photos and footage, and make pro-bono edits for the businesses.

Volunteering with Human Rights Campaign
For ten years, my partner Michael and I have volunteered with the Human Rights Campaign to ensure every member of the LGBTQ+ family has the freedom to live their truth without fear, and with equality under the law.
Bonsai Training
Years ago, I was traveling half the year but really wanted a pet. So I googled ‘Best pet for travelers -cat -dog -fish’ and learned about bonsai. The trees require attention and care, but with a good watering system you can leave for a bit without worrying too much. Now I have a collection of trees I love!
